Grant Neave

Grant Neave is a seasoned professional in the data center industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Innovation and Technical Services at CAI since December 2022. Neave oversees a team of commissioning leaders to enhance the execution and commissioning of data centers globally. Prior to this role, Neave was the Executive Vice President at Kelvion, where responsibilities included leading global sales and engineering for cloud and service providers. Neave's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Schneider Electric as Vice President of Global Customer Projects, focusing on the delivery of multi-billion dollar programs, and has held various leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Morgan Sindall and Skanska. Neave holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and an MSc in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University.
