Graeme Griffiths

Graeme is Chief Operating Officer of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), a UN-backed initiative supported by over 3,000 investor signatories. He has more than 30 years' prior experience in asset management and corporate finance. Before joining the PRI, Graeme was a client portfolio manager in the quality growth equities team at Vontobel Asset Management and a senior portfolio manager and head of currency overlay in the value equities team at AB Bernstein. He was previously a partner and head of European M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance and a senior member of the M&A team at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 16 years in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. In addition to his role with CAIA, Graeme serves as a member of London Business School’s Alumni Council, Future-Fit Foundation’s Expert Council and the Royal Historical Society's Finance Committee (incoming member). He has previously acted on behalf of the European Commission on the sale of various Crown Cork & Seal packaging assets and as a non-executive director of Quebec Cartier Mining. Graeme holds a BSc in Economics from LSE and a MSc in Management (Sloan Fellowship) with distinction from London Business School. CAIA Charterholder.
