Technical Project Manager/optical R&d Engineer at Cailabs

Dmitry Nuzhdin, PhD has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Lab Assistant at The Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod - International, where their responsibilities included maintenance of lab equipment and general maintenance of the lab. During this same period, they were also a Research Assistant at LENS - European Laboratory for Non-linear Spectroscopy, where they participated in two major projects, one of which concerned microrobotics. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Lab Engineer at The Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod - International. In 2018, they moved to Institut Fresnel, where they served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Engineer. Most recently, they began working as a Technical Project Manager at Cailabs in 2022.

Dmitry NUZHDIN, PhD obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) between 2008 and 2012. Dmitry then received a Master's Degree in Solid State Physics from the same institution between 2012 and 2014. In 2014, they obtained a Cambridge English Language Assessment FCE Certificate. That same year, they began their Doctor of Philosophy in Optics and Photonics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and also began a Doctor of Philosophy in International doctorate in Atomic and Molecular Photonics (Ciclo XXX) at Università degli Studi di Firenze. Dmitry completed both PhDs in 2017.
