Ana Brant is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Customer Experience at Cain International since March 2025. Previously, Ana served as Vice President of Customer Experience and Loyalty at Wynn Las Vegas from August 2022 to March 2025, and held academic roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from June 2021 to June 2023.
