Mariana Circiumaru

Mariana Circiumaru has an extensive work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Mariana is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Development & Construction-East Coast at Cain International, starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BentallGreenOak as the Managing Director and Head of U.S. Construction Value-Add Portfolio until March 2023, and previously as the Head of U.S. Construction from August 2017 to February 2021. Mariana also served as a Project Executive at RXR Realty from August 2013 to August 2017, and as a Project Manager at Lefrak Organization from July 2012 to August 2013. Their early career was with Forest City Ratner Companies, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President, LEED AP from June 1997 to July 2012.

Mariana Circiumaru, LEED AP, obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucharest University of Constructions. Mariana completed their education from 1987 to 1992.
