Andrew Li Shang Qing

Andrew Li Shang Qing currently serves as the General Manager of Strategic Development at Cainiao Network, focusing on corporate and business unit strategy, market intelligence, and areas such as technology, innovation, ESG, and infrastructure since March 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Transfar Group from June 2016 to April 2024, where strategic initiatives contributed to a business transformation and growth from 11 billion to over 20 billion CNY. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as Director at Accenture, where leadership in procurement and supply chain consulting facilitated business and digital transformations, and as Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, leading transformation teams. Andrew began a consulting career as a Senior Consultant at Atos Consulting, delivering complex programmes to actualize client visions. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and System Engineering from Tongji University.
