Jingwei Zhang is a highly experienced professional in strategy and planning, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategy and Planning at Cainiao Network since August 2021. In this role, Jingwei focuses on the strategy for autonomous vehicle applications, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and domestic parcel network innovations, while also overseeing strategic cooperation for autonomous vehicle implementation.
