Julie FAGNIEZ is a seasoned payroll and personnel administration manager with a strong background in HR processes and payroll management. Currently employed at CAIR LGL since April 2017, Julie has demonstrated expertise in comprehensive payroll management, including the processing of various employee-related administrative tasks, annual declarations, and the management of HR intranet tools. Previously, Julie held HR assistant roles at Velan Inc. and Blédina, where responsibilities included payroll processing, time management, and event organization.
