Madhu Ravella

Madhu Ravella has a strong background in product development and leadership roles. Madhu currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Caire, where they are leading a team focused on developing a virtual-first AI care platform for women's health. Before joining Caire, Madhu was a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering and advancing women leaders. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Product at Signify Health. Madhu also has experience as a Vice President at Gainwell Technologies, where they oversaw the coordination of benefits product portfolio. Madhu has also worked at Optum as Vice President, Head of Advocacy Product & Digital Platforms, MoneyGram International as Global Product & Digital Lead, and Oracle as Global Product Lead.

Madhu Ravella has a diverse education history. Currently, they are attending Harvard Business School, pursuing a degree in Strategy for Health Care Delivery. Prior to this, Madhu completed an MBA degree at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they concentrated in Business Administration and Management. Madhu also earned another MBA in Leadership and International Business from SDA Bocconi. Furthermore, Madhu holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from St. Cloud State University.

In addition to their formal education, Madhu has obtained a Six Sigma Yellow belt certification from the University of St. Thomas in August 2014.
