Nupur Joshi

Nupur Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. From 2009 to the present, they have been working at Cairn India Limited, initially as EA to the Director of Exploration & New Ventures and currently as EA to the CFO. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they worked at Fidelity International as a Senior Training Executive, handling various training activities such as identifying training needs and creating training calendars. From 1998 to 2005, they were employed at STMicroelectronics Pvt. Ltd. as a Document Control Administrator and also served as a Team Leader.

Nupur Joshi earned a Senior Secondary degree from Frank Anthony Public School in Delhi between 1978 and 1992. Nupur then went on to earn a dual graduation degree in B.A. with Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Delhi University from 1992 to 1995. Nupur further pursued a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from South Delhi Polytechnic for Women in Delhi, graduating in 1996. Nupur obtained a Diploma in Management from IGNOU from 2002 to 2004. Finally, Nupur completed a PGDM in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2007 to 2010.
