Chloe Sinclair

Chloe Sinclair, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational support. Currently serving as a Board Member at Care and Learning Alliance since January 2023 and a Human Resources Business Partner at Cairn Housing Association since October 2022, Chloe previously held roles including Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Care and Learning Alliance from November 2020 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes an Independent Consultant position at Arbonne, and various HR and administrative roles at Pat Munro (Alness) Ltd. and Thomas Cook. Chloe's foundational education was completed at Alness Academy from 2008 to 2014.
