Laurence Casserly

Laurence Casserly has over 10 years experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects. Laurence is currently a Board Member at Cairn Housing Association. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, and before that as a Project Manager at Modulemetrix Group.

At Modulemetrix Group, Laurence was responsible for managing the construction of the Marriott Hotel in Accra, Ghana. This involved managing a team of construction supervisors and coordinating with various contractors. Laurence was responsible for preparing progress reports, updating project programmes, cost control, quality control, and maintaining communication between all project stakeholders. Laurence was successful in resolving any issues that arose before they had a detrimental impact on the project.
