Tanay Shinde

Tanay Shinde is a professional with diverse experience in digital transformation and engineering. Currently serving as Deputy Manager - Digital at Cairn Oil and Gas since April 2024, Tanay leads digital transformation initiatives in exploration and planning. Prior experience includes Associate Manager - Digital Programs at Vedanta Resources Limited, where Tanay drove digital strategy and implemented Industry 4.0 solutions, and a role as Quality Control Technician at Knight Manufacturing Group, ensuring quality standards in the production process. Tanay also contributed to student organisations at Cardiff University and engaged in new product development research during an internship at Ctrine Engineering Pvt. Ltd. with a strong educational background including an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
