Brendan Coen

Brendan Coen is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project and contracts management. Currently serving as a Construction Contracts Manager at Cairn Homes plc since September 2021, Brendan previously held the position of Regional Contracts Manager at Glenveagh Properties PLC and Senior Construction Project Manager at Berkeley Homes (NEL), where significant projects included the management of 250 City Road in Islington, London. Brendan's experience also encompasses a role as Construction Project Manager at Ardmore Construction Ltd, overseeing a £62 million residential regeneration project in West London.
