James Benson

James Benson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Contracts Manager at Fireseal and later moving on to become a Director at Flamestop Ltd. In 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at TITAN Experience. From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), including Director of Housing, Planning and Development Services and Eastern Region Executive. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Delivery and Policy at Cairn Homes plc.

James Benson attended Good Counsel College New Ross from 1992 to 1997. James then pursued a degree in Construction Technology at Dublin Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2000. James furthered their education at Waterford Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2002, earning a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Project Management.
