Courtney Wurth is an experienced organisational psychologist currently serving as the MPP Placement Coordinator at The Cairnmillar Institute since July 2021. Previously, Courtney held roles as an Organisational Psychologist at Flexible Training Solutions and as a Psychologist at Counselling Appraisal Consultants, where responsibilities included providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling for both work-related and personal issues. Courtney's extensive involvement with the College of Organisational Psychologists includes positions as Industry and Stakeholder Engagement Lead, State Chair, and Secretary and Treasurer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Psychology (Industrial and Organisational) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psych) with Honours from Bond University, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) from Deakin University.
