Alaa Sous has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the SMEs Marketing Manager at Cairo Amman Bank since January 2010, where contributions include establishing Commercial & SME Management and policies, overseeing marketing for new customers, and achieving objectives in coordination with marketing and branch managers. Prior to this, Alaa held the position of Corporate Third Unit Manager at Arab Jordan Investment Bank from October 2002 to November 2005, successfully managing a portfolio exceeding 30 million dinars and improving defaulted accounts. Alaa's banking career began at Arab Bank, where roles included Credit Officer, with a focus on large and medium facilities, and completing advanced credit training. Alaa holds a degree in Accounting from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
