Mohamed Ismail

Mohamed Ismail worked as a Section Head Quality Control in the Technical Office of the grandparent sector at Cairo Three A since 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all stages of production processes and ensuring the application of quality standards.

Before that, Mohamed held various roles at Cairo Poultry Company (CPC) from 2006 to 2022. Mohamed worked as a Production Manager in the Breeders sector, managing four farms with a capacity of 200,000 birds per year. Mohamed'sresponsibilities included achieving production targets, managing the team, preparing feeding plans, ensuring biosecurity, and analyzing farm data.

Prior to their role at CPC, Mohamed worked as a Farm Manager, Quality Control in Hatchery, and Assistant Manager in the Breeders sector. Mohamed also had experience as an Assistant Farm Manager at Middle East Poultry Production and Assistant Manager of a Broiler farm at Middle East Poultry Production Company.

Overall, Mohamed has extensive experience in the poultry industry, specializing in quality control, production management, and farm operations.

Mohamed Ismail attended The Higher Institute for Agricultural Cooperation from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences degree with a focus on Project Management & Marketing, Poultry. In addition to their degree, Mohamed has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they completed a certification in Microsoft Office from Cairo University. In 2008, Mohamed obtained a certification in "Factor affecting hatching and fertility in the broiler breeders" from Cairo Poultry Company (CPC). In 2009, they completed a certification course on "Trends in modern breeding breeder of fattening (CPC School)" from the same institution. In 2011, Mohamed obtained a certification in "Essentials of management skills" from Americana Foods - National Food Company. Most recently, in 2019, they completed certifications in "Management and leadership for all Managers, Leadership Self and Time Management, Developing Self-Management Skills" from Americana Foods - National Food Company.
