Ahmed Farrag has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Ahmed started their career at Valley Irrigation as a Maintenance Engineer from December 2014 to February 2017. Ahmed then joined Fagr Advanced Company as a Senior Installation Solar System Engineer from March 2017 to July 2017. Ahmed then worked at Al-Watania Poultry (Egypt) as a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer from August 2017 to December 2019 and later as a Section Head Maintenance Engineer from January 2020 to January 2021. Currently, they are working at Cairo Three A as a Maintenance Section Head, starting from January 2021.

Ahmed Farrag earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power & Machines from Assiut University. Ahmed attended this university from 2008 to 2013.

Additionally, Ahmed has obtained several certifications to enhance their project management skills. In 2022, they became a Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Certified Implementation Specialist through Engineering Tracks. In 2023, they further expanded their knowledge by acquiring the following certifications: Fundamentals of Agile Project Management and Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management from the Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Credly and the Project Management Institute, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) from Engineering Tracks, Project Management Professional (PMP) from both the Project Management Institute and Engineering Tracks, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Engineering Tracks.
