Mark Livings has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. Mark began their career at Quaker Oats as a Manager in 1989. In 1995, they became the Owner and Principal of Net Advantage and First Chair Technologies. From 2000 to 2006, Livings served as the CIO/CTO of Kanbay Inc., where they were responsible for IT, Security, Facilities Management, Procurement, Asset & Budget Management, and Infrastructure Practice. From 2006 to 2007, they held the role of VP Global Information Services at ASAP Software/LTG, where they were responsible for product management, development, implementation, and support of an industry leading volume licensing, ecommerce, and digital rights management product suite. From 2007 to 2008, they held the role of VP Cash Access at both FIS and Fidelity National Information Services. At FIS, they were responsible for product development, implementation, and support of Cash Access Casino Solution, and at Fidelity, they were responsible for product management, development, and implementation of industry leading hosted asset management system. From 2008 to 2010, Livings worked at Tech Data as VP eBusiness Systems and PMSI as CIO. In 2010, they became the CEO of CAIRS Solutions LLC, where they provide software to the foster care and adoption industry. CAIRS software solutions manage the entire process of an adoption from tracking critical birth parent and adoptive family information, marketing hopeful adoptive families, and providing an automated post adoption system for picture and letter contracts. CAIRS is currently working with over 40 adoption agencies in the US and supporting over 3,000 families.
Mark Livings attended Ball State University from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
