Geneviève S.

Geneviève S. currently serves as Vice President of Legal at CAIS, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Geneviève worked at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2018 to April 2022 as an Investment Funds Associate, where responsibilities included serving as a direct client contact for significant fundraises and assisting clients throughout the fundraising process. In the role of Technology and Intellectual Property Associate at the same firm, Geneviève advised on intellectual property matters related to large mergers and acquisitions, and was involved in drafting and negotiating various agreements. Earlier experiences include a PILI Fellowship at Lawndale Christian Legal Center, a judicial externship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and a summer associate position at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on innovative solutions for a client's cloud software IP. Geneviève holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Certificate of Professional Makeup Artistry from The Makeup Academy New York.
