John Spomer

John Spomer is the Lead Counsel at California ISO, where they currently oversee legal matters. They previously held the position of Senior Counsel at the same organization from 2014 to 2023. Before that, John served as a Senior Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from 2011 to 2014 and was a Senior Associate at Bullivant Houser Bailey from 2002 to 2011. John earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1999.
