Currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services & Support at CAI Software, LLC since October 2025, Brett has previously held key positions including Vice President of Customer Success at On The Stage, where efforts were centered on developing scalable Customer Success processes, and Executive Vice President of Operations at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions, where strategic direction was provided during a significant acquisition.
