Clare Lee

Clare Lee has held various roles in the healthcare industry throughout their career. Clare started as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants in 1988 and worked there until 1991. Clare then moved to Houston Methodist in 1992, where they held multiple positions including Staff Specialist, Service Line Director, Director of Nursing Support Systems, Project Director, and Director of Cardiology and Vascular Imaging Services. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Operations at Houston Methodist and held the position until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Dignity Health Mercy General Hospital. In 2018, they joined Cedars-Sinai as the Vice President of Operations.

Clare Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Information Systems and Marketing from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, which they received between 1981 and 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, completing it from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Clare Lee has a certification in FACHE from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
