Susan Broccoli

Susan Broccoli has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Susan started their career in the United States Coast Guard as a Radioman 1st Class, where they specialized in communication and achieved a top-secret security clearance. After leaving the Coast Guard, Susan worked as a Plant Manager at Senergy Inc. for 13 years. Following this, they joined ULTRA Scientific as a Customer & Business Systems Manager for 8 years. Since 2012, Susan has been with CAI Software LLC, initially starting as a Customer Support / Software Developer before being promoted to Software Consultant and eventually Senior Software Consultant. Their roles at CAI Software LLC have provided their with extensive experience in software consulting and support.

Susan Broccoli attended the Community College of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued an Associate in Science degree in Computer Programming.
