Tammy Coulombe is an experienced professional in human resources and health and safety, currently serving as a Conseillère en RH at Caisse Alliance since August 2020. Previously, Tammy held the position of Senior ByLaw Officer and Health and Safety Coordinator for the Town of Hearst from October 2017 to August 2020. Tammy's extensive background includes ownership of TC Ergonomie, where Tammy worked as an Ergonomist from November 2007 to 2018, and a role as Directrice Santé et sécurité et ressources humaines at Pepco Corp. from April 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, Tammy served as Executive Director at the Nord-Aski Family Health Team from January 2011 to April 2015 and worked in project coordination at the Réseau francophone de santé du Nord de l'Ontario and as an ergonome under contract for the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de la Mauricie et du Centre-du-Québec. Tammy holds a Maîtrise professionnel in Kinanthropology with a concentration in ergonomics from UQAM and a Baccalauréat spécialisé in Physical Education and Health from Laurentian University.
