Alexandre Shannon

Alexandre Shannon, CFA, M.Sc., serves as the Director of Portfolio Construction at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since August 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at PSP Investments from February 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Associate in Real Estate Portfolio Strategy to Senior Analyst in the Chief Investment Officer's Group. Alexandre commenced a career as a Quantitative Analyst intern at Brockhouse Cooper in 2012 and also contributed to membership development at Le Réseau Québec Global 100 during an internship from 2011 to 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University.
