Antoine Martin

Antoine Martin is a seasoned professional in asset valuation and management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Principal Director of Asset Valuation at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since April 2024, Antoine previously held senior leadership roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge from March 2020 to April 2024 and from April 2006 to November 2019, where responsibilities included property and asset valuation. Antoine also contributed to Cominar as Senior Director of Portfolio and Asset Management for a brief period in 2019. Earlier career experiences include positions at MCAP, Hypothèque CDPQ / MCAP, and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where Antoine specialized in mortgage account management and asset evaluation. Antoine holds an MBA in Administration and Finance from HEC Montréal and a BAA in Urban Management and Real Estate from Université Laval.
