Audrey Chiasson

Audrey Chiasson currently serves as Première conseillère juridique in Éthique et conformité at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), a position held since March 2020. Responsibilities include ensuring the understanding and application of the organization's code of ethics through training creation, staff advising on ethical rules, and participation in internal investigations related to code violations. Previously, Audrey held the role of Conseillère juridique principale at CDPQ, contributing to the major project of overhauling the organization's code of ethics, collaborating with numerous stakeholders. Audrey also worked as an Avocate-enquêtrice for Professionnels en règlement des différends S.A., conducting neutral investigations regarding workplace incivility and harassment. Audrey's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University, a professional training degree from École du Barreau du Québec, and ongoing studies in strategic communication at Université de Sherbrooke.
