Bertrand Villon

Bertrand Villon currently serves as the Managing Director of Private Equity Direct Investments at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since 2015 and is a Member of the General Partner at Grant Thornton (US) since 2024. Since 2021, Bertrand has been a Board Member at ICR, and since 2019 holds board positions at Allied Universal and Clarios. Previously, Bertrand was a Board Member/Observer at Sterling from 2015 to 2024 and served as a Director at Bagan Capital from 2013 to 2015. Bertrand's earlier experience includes the role of Vice President in Private Equity at Investcorp from 2007 to 2013 and Associate in M&A at Rothschild from 2003 to 2006. Bertrand holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MSc in Finance from HEC Paris, and a Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.
