David Latour

David Latour is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and investment strategies. Since June 2009, David has held multiple senior positions at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), currently serving as Premier vice-président & Chef de la gestion des risques, responsible for investment policy development, risk measurement, and fostering a strong risk culture. Previous roles at CDPQ include Vice-président in both Solutions de financement and Risk for Fixed Income, focusing on innovative financial solutions and risk management practices. David also served as a board member at Sagen and has a background in risk analysis at GE Capital. David holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montréal.
