Denis Boulianne

Denis Boulianne currently serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs, Investments and Asset Management at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Denis spent nearly 17 years at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where various titles included Vice-président exécutif, Affaires juridiques, chef du contentieux et secrétaire. Denis's legal career began at Shearman & Sterling LLP as an Associate, followed by a similar role at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, before serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Boston Scientific from 2003 to 2007. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor in Civil Law (BCL) from McGill University, a Master's degree in Droit européen from Aix-Marseille University, and ongoing studies in Corporate Governance at Université Laval.
