Frank Zwarts

Frank Zwarts, MBA, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the mining and materials sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Investments at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Frank oversees a portfolio of publicly traded mining companies and manages transactions in the capital markets. Prior roles include Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Fiera Capital, where management of alternative equity funds was the focus, and Principal at OMERS Capital Markets, specializing in global materials through deep fundamental analysis. Frank has rich expertise from earlier positions at Amber Capital, where a long/short investment approach was utilized, and CDPQ, where financial analysis and sectorial insights were developed. Frank holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, a CFA designation, and a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Université Laval.
