Marie-Noel Ouellet

Marie-Noel Ouellet is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and energy debt management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Debt at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since May 2006, Marie-Noel has oversight of the global infrastructure and energy debt team, focusing on investment strategy, deal origination, and portfolio risk management. Marie-Noel is also a member of the Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee. Prior to CDPQ, Marie-Noel worked at BMO from 1999 to 2006 in various roles, including Financial Manager and Relationship Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing junior corporate accounts and analyzing loan applications. Marie-Noel holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke.
