Michael R. Dilollo

Michael R. DiLollo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chairman of EINN Volant Aircraft Leasing and Managing Director of Capital Solutions at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since June 2017, Michael also holds the position of Corporate Director at NAV CANADA, chairing the Safety Committee. Previous roles include CEO of Caribbean Airlines Ltd. and President of Transat Tours Canada, alongside influential positions at Air Transat spanning over 16 years. Michael's academic credentials include an MBA from Queen's University and completion of the Institute of Corporate Directors' education program at the University of Toronto. Michael's background also features teaching at John Abbott College and piloting for First Air, demonstrating a broad spectrum of expertise in aerospace technology and management.
