Michel Lalande

Michel Lalande is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Executive Vice-President of Legal Affairs, Compliance, and Secretariat at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michel held several senior positions at BCE Inc. and Bell Canada from February 2002 to January 2021, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Earlier in career, Michel worked at Teleglobe Inc. as Director of Legal Affairs and at Fasken Martineau LLP as a Corporate Attorney. Michel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal and has an educational background in Pure and Applied Sciences from Collège Montmorency and Université de Poitiers.
