Nathalie le Prohon

Nathalie Le Prohon currently serves as a Partenaire opérationnel at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since May 2024 and holds the position of Chair of the Advisory Board at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business since September 2018. Previously, Nathalie was a Board Member and Chair of the Governance and Compensation Committee at 5N Plus Inc. and held multiple senior roles at IBM from June 2016 to April 2024, including President of IBM Québec Technologies. Nathalie's extensive board experience includes roles at BlackRock Metals, CANARIE Inc., Casavant Frères, ALITHYA, and ACCEO Solutions. Nathalie holds an MBA in Strategy & Change Management from Concordia University and a BCOM in Marketing & Information Technology from McGill University.
