Wendy Murdock has over 30 years of experience as a manager and director in the global financial services industry. Member of the senior management of MasterCard Worldwide from 2005 to 2013, she was initially responsible for innovation, development, go-to-market strategy and commercialization of all MasterCard products targeted at consumers, corporations/governments and merchants. She subsequently served as MasterCard’s Chief Payment Systems Integrity Officer with responsibility for leading the company’s anti-fraud, information and cyber security programs. Over the course of her career, she also held executive positions with Citigroup and Salomon Brothers, and was a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Murdock serves on the Board of Directors and Risk and Governance Committees of USAA Federal Savings Bank. She also serves on the Boards of U.S.-based AvidXchange and of the American multinational, Iron Mountain Inc. She previously served on the Boards of Syniverse Technologies, Tullett & Tokyo Liberty and Recall Holdings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
