Dora Fadhloun

Dora FADHLOUN is an experienced professional currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Tunisia Innovative Startups and SMEs Project at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations since September 2020. This project focuses on enhancing the growth of startups and innovative SMEs through equity financing, ecosystem support, and capacity building. Prior to this role, Dora held positions such as Assistant to the Project Director for the FLYWHEEL program, which aims to stimulate Tunisia's startup ecosystem, and Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation Manager for the Road Transport Corridors Project, funded by the World Bank Group. Dora's earlier experience includes the SAVE initiative supporting startups during the COVID-19 crisis and various internships focused on project implementation and operational improvements. Dora holds an Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.
