Antoine Delaunay

Antoine DELAUNAY possesses extensive experience in public administration and project management. Currently serving as Responsable de l’unité pilotage des instances at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts since September 2021, Antoine oversees the organization and management of regulatory reports for the Ircantec pension scheme. Additionally, Antoine is President of Manche Numérique, responsible for deploying a fiber optic network throughout Manche. As a Councillor for Manche since March 2015, Antoine is involved in digital network deployment and public infrastructure projects. Previous roles include leadership positions in various organizations, such as President of Clic du sud Manche and Attaché parlementaire at the Assemblée nationale. Educational qualifications include multiple Master's degrees in public administration and management.
