Jean-Claude AZAN is a legal and compliance expert specializing in public procurement and essential externalized service management at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts since November 2012. Previously, Jean-Claude held roles as the Head of IT and Telecom Public Procurement at JPB RAILCONSULTANT and served as a Senior Legal Advisor for international railway projects. Prior experience also includes a position as Head of Public Procurement at CSTB. Jean-Claude holds an MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Contract Management from EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci, as well as a Master 2 in International Business Law, Trade Law, and Tax Law from Université Paris Cité.
