Marilys Lagoutiere

Marilys Lagoutiere possesses extensive legal expertise in various aspects of corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, governance, and real estate. Since May 2011, Marilys has served at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts as a Juriste, focusing on complex project structuring, regional legal support, and investment management within the Direction des Investissements et du Développement Local.
