Ryan Santiago possesses extensive experience in management and supervision within the customer service and sales sectors. Currently serving as Gerente Geral de Rede at Caixa Econômica Federal since March 2012, Ryan has demonstrated leadership through various roles such as Supervisor at Sercom Contact Center and multiple supervisor positions at call centers like Atento Brasil and VOXLINE.
