Alfonso Maristany Misol

Alfonso Maristany Misol is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate M&A. Currently serving as Banking M&A Executive Director in CaixaBank's Corporate Legal M&A Department since July 2011, Alfonso oversees M&A and corporate transactions, including non-performing asset sales, while handling regulatory and anti-trust matters.
