Javier Mas

Javier Mas has a diverse range of work experience. Javier currently holds the position of Member of the Management Board at Mobey Forum since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CaixaBank where they held multiple roles including Corporative Marketing Director (CMO) and Marketing Director (CMO), managing a team of 40. Javier also worked at Oracle as a member of the CMO Advisory Council. In addition to their corporate roles, Javier has been involved in various organizations such as ESADE, Autocontrol de la Publicidad, Asociación de Marketing de España - Asociación MKT, IBM, Telefónica Consumer Finance, and Club de Marketing de Barcelona. Before their corporate career, Javier worked at Henkel in different capacities, including Group Manager, Brand Manager, and Marketing roles.

Javier Mas has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Esade. Javier also has completed a Program for Leadership Development (PDD) in Business from IESE Business School.
