RENE SAN MARTIN VILLARROEL has extensive experience in risk management and credit analysis, currently serving as Subgerente de Riesgo Crédito y Financiero at Caja de Compensación 18 de Septiembre since January 2015. Previously, RENE worked at Coopeuch from May 2005 to December 2014, leading the national implementation of an automated evaluation platform that standardized credit decisions and improved risk management. RENE also held positions as Senior Credit Analyst at Consorcio and as Credit Risk Analyst at Banco Santander Chile, contributing to key projects that resulted in record placements. RENE began a career in customer service at Banco Santander Santiago, achieving notable performance in customer satisfaction. RENE holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnología and studied architecture at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
