Rotem Baavour

Rotem Baavour is the Director of Robotics at Caja Robotics, where they lead the robotics HW R&D teams in developing AGVs for automated robotic warehouses. Prior to this role, Baavour worked as a Development Manager at Anchora Medical, overseeing the mechanical design of minimal invasive suturing devices. They also served as the Director of Heliostat Mechanical Engineering at BrightSource Energy, focusing on the design and development of heliostats for solar power plants. Baavour holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
