Starting in 2015, Sơn N. worked as a Credit Underwriter in the Credit Risk Department at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Their responsibilities included checking customer applications, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

In 2016, Sơn N. joined Prudential Finance Co.,ltd as a Credit Quality Control Officer in the Credit Risk Department. Here, they performed tasks such as reviewing underwriting processes, providing advice on exceptional cases, and creating reports for credit policy adjustment.

Moving on to Home Credit Vietnam in 2017, Sơn N. served as a Product Development Specialist in the Marketing and Product Development Division. Their tasks involved developing and modifying unsecured products, identifying pricing opportunities, preparing proposals for new campaigns or product changes, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

In 2019, Sơn N. joined Vietnam International Bank (VIB) as a Digital Product Owner in the Digital Banking Department. In this role, they acted as a coordinator between various departments to collect and analyze requirements for retail banking products and oversaw the application fulfillment process via smartphones and tablets.

Later in 2019, Sơn N. became a Digital Sales Manager at HSBC, where they focused on digital sales strategies and initiatives.

In 2020, Sơn N. joined Úcbank as a Senior Product Owner in the Digital Banking department, contributing to digital banking projects.

Most recently, in 2021, Sơn N. joined Cake by VPBank - Digital Bank as a Card Product Manager, playing a key role in managing card products.

Sơn N. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finances from RMIT University Vietnam from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Sydney University.
