Elise Peate

Elise Peate has a wealth of work experience. Elise began their career in 2006 as a Competitive Surfer for the World Surf League. In 2013, they took on the role of National Marketing Coordinator for Kanga Loaders, where they were responsible for promoting the company's 100% Australian owned and manufactured compact loader. In 2015, they joined AutoGuru as a Digital Marketing Manager and then as Head of Growth and Digital Marketing Coordinator. In 2018, they moved to Airtasker, taking on roles as VP Growth Marketing, Growth Operations Lead, and Growth Marketer - SEO. In 2021, they joined HealthMatch as Director of Growth (Organic) and Beeline as Head of Growth Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, they began working for Phase One Ventures as a Mentor and Cake Equity as Chief Marketing Officer and Advisor.

Elise Peate has a diverse educational background. Elise graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Business Marketing in 2011, with a focus in Marketing. Elise then attended CATC Design School, graduating with a Diploma of Graphic Design in 2014, focusing on Design and Visual Communications, General. Elise also attended Southern Cross University from 2009 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Marketing, with a focus in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Elise has obtained several certifications, including Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certification from ProductLed in July 2022, Strategy & Structured Problem Solving from Minnow in April 2022, Technical SEO Exam from SEMrush in April 2019, and Growth Master Certification from GrowthHackers in October 2018.
