Dilruwan Madubashitha

Dilruwan Madubashitha has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dilruwan started their career as a Trainee SAP Developer at MAS Holdings in 2011. Dilruwan then joined British Telecom as an Engineer in Technology Services, where they ensured the continuous availability of the MCSO application and resolved issues faced by upstream components.

After that, they became a Tech Lead and Senior Engineer in Technology Services at British Telecom, where they oversaw a team and worked on a large-scale migration project. Dilruwan also served as a Consultant in the DevOps team at British Telecom Global Services, where they were involved in coding, process re-engineering, and collaboration.

Dilruwan then worked as an Independent Information Security Consultant at a leading information security firm in Sri Lanka. Dilruwan provided expertise in information security while working on various projects.

Dilruwan later joined LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) as an Application Services Manager, where they managed a team providing 24/7 cover and support for the recovery of systems and data. Dilruwan also served as a Service Excellence Project Manager, implementing and maintaining an ISO/IEC 20000 compliant IT service management framework.

Recently, Dilruwan joined CAKE, A Mad Mobile Company, as an Associate Director of Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring efficient functioning.

Throughout their career, Dilruwan has gained experience in IT governance, project management, service management, coding, and information security. Dilruwan has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage teams, improve operational aspects, and implement industry standards and best practices.
